Our design holiday rooms are located in a historic farmhouse in the middle of apple plantations in the Immenstaad-Kippenhausen district with its 1000-year history. All rooms are newly renovated to a high standard and equipped with solid designer furniture.
Our rooms
You will find everything for your comfortable stay: high-quality beds with bed linen for a good night's sleep, dining area, large flat-screen TV, WiFi, bathroom with bath and hand towels, hairdryer.
Our guests have coffee and tea machines with many capsules in every room. There is also a fridge and a small set of dishes in every room. In the common lounge area, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and dining area.

For adults there are great hiking and biking trails, cultural and gastronomic experiences, as well as unusual tours with horse-drawn carriages or farm tractors, including wine and schnapps tasting.
Lake Constance, also affectionately known as the "Swabian Sea", offers its visitors a wealth of sights. The lake is only a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive away.
Due to the central location of Kippenhausen - in the middle of Lake Constance - you are at an ideal starting point for cycling tours in all directions.
